In short

This is a static informational website. It does not ask for your name or email address, has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart and no comments. It sets no advertising cookies and carries no advertising.

What is collected

Server logs

The web server that hosts this site records standard technical information for every request: the IP address making the request, the browser's user agent string, the page requested, the referring page if any, and the time. This is used for security, troubleshooting and reliability, and is kept by the hosting provider under its own retention policy.

Analytics

This site uses Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookie-less: it sets no cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personal data. It records the page viewed, the referrer, and coarse technical information such as browser and country.

Checklist ticks

If you tick boxes on the checklist page, the ticks are saved in your own browser's local storage so they are there next time. They are never sent to this site or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes them.

What is not collected

• No advertising or tracking cookies.
• No cross-site tracking pixels.
• No email addresses, names, postal addresses or payment details, because nothing on this site asks for them.

Third parties

Two third parties receive technical request data as a consequence of serving this site: the hosting provider, which operates the server and its logs, and Ahrefs, which receives the analytics request. No other third-party scripts run on these pages, and no fonts are loaded from other sites.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If advertising is added in future, this policy will be rewritten before any advertising goes live, a consent mechanism will be added for visitors in the EEA and the UK, and the change will be dated here.
